Best Install Thermostat in North Las Vegas NV

Helpful staff, very friendly when scheduling my appointment. HVAC technician was very professional and kind, he answered all of our questions and fixed issue on his first visit.

Excellent water heater repair!!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

I had a tankless water heater installed, and the recirculating pump was causing vibrating noises every 30 minutes. Elvis came and checked the system and offered to change the location to an exterior wall in the garage. Hopefully, this will eliminate the noise. I'm happy that Elvis offered a remedy to this problem. Once the system is changed to an exterior wall, I will post comments again.

It was a pleasure having Steve help us with the repairs we needed. He is very professional in his attitude and very knowledgeable in what needs to be done. I would recommend Steve and his company to anyone who needs work done

They had the most wonderful customer service and they were on time and right there when I can't down to it one of the best companies I've ever had work on my AC wish I could give them ten stars instead of five

Kenneth and Robert were on time explained everything, very professional and efficient.Based on their visit I decided to go with Bumble Breeze.The follow up and install of the flange.
