This business is very professional. I used them through referral by my home warranty. Historically home warranty contractor have a bad reputation. These guys were timely, professional, and very informative. Quick to make an appointment when I request service through my home warranty.

I appreciate them fixing my problem and did not try to sell me or make up other issues.

Called Friday afternoon for some shower work. Had a tech out within an hour and a half. Job was done very quickly. Would recommend MC.

We had the fill line burst on our master bedroom toilet while nobody was home. Our insurance provided Thistle for the flood remediation. Thistle was very reliable for this and we decided to use them for the restoration and remolding as well. I am so glad we did.

The job was pretty big and included carpet in multiple rooms where the water had made it under the walls, the replacement of the shower as the water seeped into those barriers and all repainting the whole area.

Kaydin helped us pick from their commercial grade flooring and shower option in their design center. Its not a huge design center, but it is well appointed and the products are the finest quality.

Our home looks amazing!!! Its like a new home. Thistle took care of the headaches and was very responsive to our schedules and prompt to get work done on schedule. Paige in the office deserves a mention as she is super friendly and responsive to administrative needs.

One of the important things to me was Thistle met our needs with great energy and professionalism. We were afraid going into this project and thanks to Thistle we are living the lux life now.

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

The main worker that came to our property was always in a bad mood and seemed to be bothered by everything. Completely unprofessional and poor work quality, they had to redo the job because it broke again within two days. Will never use this company again.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

I put out some feelers for toilet repair this morning - the toilet quit flushing during the night. Got a response from Rakeman Plumbing within an hour or so, said they could be out today; I hired them.

The techs showed up this afternoon, went about their work efficiently, with consideration for our home, didn't leave a mess, and were done in fairly short order. Repaired flush valves in two toilets, and replaced the fill valve in one. The cost was more than fair.

Rakeman will get my recommendation if anybody asks me.
