We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We will recommend him and his company to all our family and friends. The quality and workmanship of his services is second to none. Thank you Albert and Second Opinion Plumbing!

Generally a great company. One employee in Las Vegas, who handles all negotiations & contract requirements with my home warranty company, caused an unnecessary additional 3 day delay, resulting in having no hot water for 7 full days before the local Reno area employees could install the needed new hot water heater.
After the installation was done, Josh, a Reno area employee, came to my home to inspect the installation job, and did the Manometer Test which is required before the City Inspector will come & do the final inspection. Josh was fantastic! He clearly explained everything to me. Silver State Plumbing in the Reno area is a good company, and if you need their plumbing services, I recommend them over all other plumbing company's I have used over the years.

Tyler and his helper replaced my water heater, disposal, a MOEN bathroom laucet cartridge replacement, four new faucet stops and a REVERSE OSMOSIS system.
VALUE? For example; They were here for 5 hours, were fast and efficient but I could have bought the same INSINKERATOR disposal and installed it myself from AMAZON for $365. They charged me $600. So value is subjective. Be sure to get at least three quotes on any major repairs from anyone.
