I needed to have routine maintaine on my tankless water heater. Gary was the technician that came out to perform the service. He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

The technician arrived to my house as scheduled. I received a text letting me know he was on his way to my property. The repair was completed the same day. The price for the service call was used as part of my final payment. The price paid was acceptable and I felt very satisfied with the whole process. I truly recommend this company to all. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent water heater repair!!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Shawn did a great job. Fixed 3 leaks under the kitchen sink and 2 lavatory sink and replaced a cracked stopper also. He is honest, efficient, and a skillful plumber.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

Gary our service tech was an extreme professional. He found the leak quick and continued to ask me if I had any questions, comments, or concerns, while he fixed our problem and after he completed the fix. We really appreciated his help with getting our house back to normal.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. I can not tell you how grateful I am to Trent and the staff at LV Restoration and Plumbing. They were so diligent and kind to my 80 yr old mother. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. She had a inside water heater go out. They were professional and courteous. We are so grateful they were the ones we chose.

Love Best Air! They are always on time, professional, and give honest opinion on repairs needed. Alex was our technician and he was very professional! He didn't rush me and gave a thorough estimate of repairs we needed! I had him do the repairs since we have used them before and know they provide quality work.

Upon inspecting my unit, I was told that warrantee would cover my broken coil but that refrigerant and labor would be almost 3K AND THAT THE PART WOULDN’T BE AVAILABLE FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS (in the Las Vegas summer). It was then casually suggested that I purchase a WHOLE NEW UNIT. I decided to go with another company that can at least get the part in a week.

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
