Air Squad Came out for a home warranty claim, within 5 minutes started a bait and switch game with us. Tried to charge us $1500 to replace our water heater (under warranty), the next day we had a legitimate plumber swap our water heater out for $1100 without being under warranty. Another home warranty scam. Don't get taken advantage of, buyer beware

Holy smokes where do I begin? Well it all started with a cold shower at 5:30 am. Water heater went out and I wasn't able to restart the pilot light. I called and they were ready to have a tech at my house within and hour. Due to work schedule they pushed it back and showed up at the BEGINNING of the estimated arrival time. Carlos diagnosed the issue immediately. If he had a 50 gallon tank on hand it would have been replaced that same day. He was back first thing the next morning, repaired it and was done within less than an hour and 45 minutes.
Can not recommend this place more. Super responsive, professional, and timely.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

A/C went out on a sunday inside temps reaching close to 90. They were quick to have some one out here and he opened the service panel and instantly saw that the capacitor had blown replaced it and had A/C within 15 min of him arriving!!! Definitely recommend this place and only place I will call from now on!!!

Simply Air Conditioning Heating is simply the best. Tech Steve showed up on time and quickly made the correct diagnosis in minutes. My air conditioning unit was fixed in less than 45 minutes. This is the only company to call for your AC and heating problems. I highly recommend this company.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

So glad we chose Boss Plumbing through our AHS warranty. For the first call they came out same day! The second call they came out next day. Some of the work we need done isn't covered under our warranty but they gave us a fair estimate. They really communicate well with customers both the office staff and our great technician Jonathan who came and resolved our issues both times explained clearly what the issue was how he fixed it and what else needs to be done. We really appreciated his workmanship and his being patient with us.

Our AC unit went out. In the middle of this Las Vegas summer heat wave. You always hear horror stories about plumbing and HVAC services charging you for stuff thats not even broken. We called and talked to Mushegh who advised us that the technician will be at our house as soon as possible. The technician Pato showed up, and my God I've never seen anyone be this professional and courteous. He completed the job in less than an hour and advised us on further maintenance that will be needed. I will definitely be going back to these guys, and recommending them to anybody who needs it. Call without worry.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

We had 1/2 of our AC go out at about 5:00 PM and called for service. They said they'd have someone out soon and within a couple of hours, Alex Valencia arrived. Alex was entirely professional, courteous and friendly. The problem turned out to be the low-voltage wiring and as an Engineer I can tell you that is a problem that's hard to ID and correct. Alex hung in there with several trips into our super-hot and small attic but got it corrected and the frosty air flowing! Best of all, the cost to us was zero because he identified the problem as being covered under our warranty with Best AC.Overall just a terrific experience with Best and with Alex. He is just the type of professional young man that you welcome into your home! Thanks Alex!!

Keifer was very friendly and knowledgeable . He was very nice and fixed the pipes quite quickly. I was at first very upset due to many aspects, however Keifer rectified the situation.m, at this time I’m satisfied , however Keifer is a great asset to Bumble breeze.

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
