The level of customer service is amazing! Not only were the plumbers knowledgeable, but they were very thorough and helpful. The company also goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I got a text prior to the arrival with information on the plumber and what to expect. Then a couple of weeks after the service, I received a hand written letter thanking me for my business. Doesn’t get much better than that!

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

I used Silver State Plumbing for the replacement of three toilets. Technician Chris R. arrived within the three-hour window as mutually agreed in a clean Company flagged vehicle and in uniform. Chris was polite, professional and believe it or not had a bounce in his step! Finally, someone good at what he does and here to perform the job in an expeditious manner. Solid workmanship and would not hesitate to have Silver State Plumbing back again.

I had one of my two ac units making a lot of noise. I had 4 companies come out and give me an estimate and I chose Simple Air and Heating. They did a thorough inspection, better than the others. Went with Simple Air for professionalism, customer service, value, and response to installation of unit.
Mike D. and his crew were very thorough and took great care in protecting the inside and outside of the house. The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

Today Jonathan came in from 5 Start and went above and beyond I had a surgery yesterday so I am all bandaged up and he called the office got the green light my guest loved him and he was funny, Professional and very knowledgeable in his career I totally recommend the company but the tech above all ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️🌟💫💫🌟⭐️💫

I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! I wish more people were as professional as Brian and LV Restorations! Two thumbs up 👍👍

After a couple years of bad service going through home owners insurance I called Jason to get a quote on fixing our A/C. Within the hour I had Robert show up to take a look at our unit that was failing. Robert went over all the options and took extra time to make sure I was educated so I could make the decision. We decided not to repair our 18 year old unit and bought a new unit. To my surprise they were able to get a crane and put the unit in the same day. Clayton and another tech showed up and got straight to work putting in the unit. I am so happy to have finally found a company who understands the frustrations of a home owner when the A/C isn’t working. All three associates that came to my house were polite, courteous , and willing to answer all questions. If you need A/C, heating, or plumbing I would highly recommend calling this company out. I will be a forever customer with the customer satisfaction I received.Thanks again Jason. You and your team are awesome.

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.
