Bathtub valve broke at 6:30 pm and Clay came super fast and fixed our tub! He was very nice, professional and saved our night!!! Highly recommend!

This company was assigned to us by the home warranty company American Home Shield. They needed to do plumbing repairs that required the water to be shut off to an entire building. They schedule the appointement for 2-5. Notices are posted to all 12 units for shut off. Air Squad calls and says they will be there about 4 and will need the water shut off for several more hours. This is not acceptable. Learn how to work your schedule. We spoke with Darion at Air Squad who said he does not have a supervisor to speak to. Totally useless and a waste of time. At this point we told Darion exactly what we thought about him and his company. Never use Air Squad. Also we are now cancelling several home warranties with American Home Shield on behalf of the owner.

He replaced my RO canisters and took a survey of my plumbing. Jacob was very nice and explained everything. He was great!

I had some electrical troubles and approached him based on a recommendation. He was the sweetest, fairest, and most honest individual I'd ever met. Oh, and he's also quite good at it. awesome!!!!

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!

Do not use this company, they will not do the work that is needed and will steal your money. Do not ever give them or anyone your credit card before the work is done. They did not complete the work but still billed for work that was not done. Save yourself the headache and use a credible plumber because these are not professional plumbers by any means.

I had an appointment today during 1-5pm, but they didn’t show up until 7pm.. After 1 & 1/2 hours of waiting, I called the innovation pluming company, but they were already closed. I didn’t even know if the technician would come or not. Luckily the technician Mark called me around 6:19pm and checked on my appointment. He thought my appointment was rescheduled, but he still called me and checked. He found out that I was still waiting, and he came around 7pm. Finally the technician fixed the cartilage. He was very professional and nice. If he didn’t call me, I probably would have waited all day. I don’t want to give this company for 5 stars for their lack of awareness towards their client, but I would love to give Mark for 5+ stars. Thank you Mark!!!
