Best Heating System Maintenance in North Las Vegas NV

Had to use them by way of home warranty company; Egor came out and conducted an exterior visual examination of my 2 air conditioner units and came back inside to say they were low on Freon. Took him a total of 6 minutes.

I contacted the Home Warranty. They told me they would have another technician from the same company come out, I contacted this company again, and the person I spoke to said Egor “he’s our senior technician that we send out to fix things and if he said that’s what’s wrong then that’s what it is.” My response, “so, you’re telling me that it’s best practice to not physically inspect an a/c unit and that Egor can visually inspect something and make a diagnosis” them, “yes, that’s correct.”

Zero value. Avoid.

Update as of 9/13:

Clearly, this company stand behind their technician who apparently has x-ray vision and does not have to visually inspect anything nor listen to customers. I finally was able to get a second opinion through the Home Warranty from a different vendor who actually came out and did what most people assume HVAC professionals do, physically look at units and thoroughly explain to customers in a non-condescending way what is going on. Low and behold, guess what? The refrigerant level is NOT low on either units, and there are NO leaks. It turned out to be a completely different issue and had this technician thoroughly done his job then maybe I would not have had to wait 25 days for the air conditioning in my master bedroom to function.

Stay away from this company it will save you a whole lot of grief. Once again, it is clear that their management supports shady and predatory practices.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal, and the plumber from Water Heater Repair Now Plumbing fixed it quickly and professionally. He even gave me some tips for keeping it running smoothly. I would definitely hire this company again.

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I'm very satisfied.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

Company sucks bad work ,,no communication with customers,,,no pride in the way that they leave their jobs,,, always get a second opinion on anything that's a major repair

Friendly and on time.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

I had an emergency A/C problem and called Silver State Air on a Saturday and they had a tech at my house within an hour. The techs name was Doug and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He didn't have the parts on his truck so he went and got me a temporary A/C unit to hold me until today Monday. He just left and all is nice and cool and I can only say that if you call anyone else you are wasting your time. Thank you Silver State

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Brenna (hope I spelled that right). She was very informative about what your company is about and how you can be of service for me. Very polite and patient with me. I'm old and sometimes it takes awhile to get it. I spent 25years in customer service in the banking industry and can tell you her attitude is rare today. First of all I would like to thank Richelle Ferguson for her help during a very trying time. She went above and beyond our expectations. Our air was back on and working within an hour of my first phone call. The technician Stan and Steve were very professional and timely. I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Air for all your heating and plumbing issues.

Benny arrived when he said he would and made quick work of our leaking pipe fitting, this is the second time we have used Boss plumbing and both times we have had positive results. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.
