Air Squad did a great job fixing the pluming issues at my apartment building. The service tech, Brian P., was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Thank you for the great service and doing a great job.

My air went out , leaving me stranded with my two small children(one being an infant) and they arrived, they arrived so fast and the tech, Carlos was so helpful in answering all my questions. They were able to locate and repair my issue within a few hours. Carlos remained to make sure everything was running smoothly and even called to check back in the next day. I would absolutely recommend them if you need any hvac service, hands down one of the best choices I have ever made!

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. I can't give enough positive comments about Silver State, in particular Vince, After my annual checkup I was told that I needed a compressor after paying $900.00. My compressor was still under warranty so I called Silver State. I was fortunate to have Vince come to my home and after a through inspection and a look at the schematics for the wiring that the original tech did he realized that it was not wired properly!! He corrected the problem and I have air conditioning. I will never use another air conditioning company and hopefully will have Vince come back to my house.

A very fine crew was at my home at 845am. They removed and installed a new furnace,air conditioner and a water heater under 4 hrs. They were very efficient and professional in their task. They took time to explain the different units and left their work area very clean. The office and the owner Mike has worked with my wife and I in a very professional manner. I priced other professionals and found their price to be competative I would highly recommend Simply Air to anyone in the Las Vegas general area.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
