I needed to have routine maintaine on my tankless water heater. Gary was the technician that came out to perform the service. He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

Carlos was amazing! Came the same day I noticed the leak and was able to replace my water heater with the exact one I wanted. He was very efficient and made sure to clean up after everything was done. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going to be done prior to the service. Definitely recommend Carlos and this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Our home warranty company sent out another company and after almost two weeks without A/C couldn't diagnose the issue. We finally gave up on the warranty company and called Silverstate as recommended by a friend. Doug was very knowledgeable, he had our issues diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

They diagnosed problem with water heater but took 1 1/2 days to repair. That was not bad as they had been given another bad part and had to swap it out. My low rating is due to the care that was not provided for my home and a lack of clean up. Gentleman chipped up the plaster around my water heater, very noticeable and then left the debris on the garage floor even though I had both a brrom and dust pan or a shop vac just 10 feet away. Technically they were good but because of a lack of care I will not use them again.
