Great customer service!!!!

Jason with Pure Plumbing & Air is amazing. He was extremely patient and assessed all of my plumbing issues in my home (and even discovered a pressure regulating valve that was leaking)….. Bad news but good news he found it. He analyzed each issue which were many and quoted a price for each. I will be a loyal client because of Jason’s professional and expertise.

We called and were set up immediately with an appointment with Zack. He was professional, provided quick service, and we will certainly be calling again with any HVAC or water heater needs.

These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! They answer right away when we call them! They are always ready to help and they don't take advantage of people and always happy! I recommend R&R!100% you will be happy you call them! I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Steve, the electrician went above and beyond taking care of my Mom’s electrical issues. After he had completed everything, he noticed the trim on the refrigerator was coming off, so he fixed that too. His attention to detail and making my Mother (96yrs) feel very comfortable with conversations, his card is up on her bulletin board as a keeper. Well done Steve! Thank you Champion Services.

Steve F. & Maritza are fantastic! Shorty after making a phone call to the managing office, Steve called to introduce himself & Simply AC. Steve is so polite and shows genuine concern. The lack of customer service that is so rampant in Las Vegas HAS NOT penetrated this company. Steve is friendly & professional, he took the time to listen to my concerns. After carefully inspecting my HVAC, Steve patiently explained the issues and stated the needed parts were still under warranty. (No price gouging here !!). Before leaving he ordered the needed parts. First thing this morning I received an happy & excited call from Maritza, informing me of my options for scheduling an appointment TODAY, the needed parts were already available. 30 minutes before Steve was to return I received a 2nd phone call to let me know he was on his way and Steve showed up right on time. True to his word, the repairs took less than an hour and my AC is running like the fridge I remember. Definitely 5 Star service. So very grateful to Steve & Simply AC for going ABOVE & BEYOND the Las Vegas norm. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

I'll be honest, they were picked by my warranty company, but I would ask for them myself in the future. Benny and Tino were friendly and professional. They swapped out my disposal in a jiffy. Very satisfied.

I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

100% Recommend ! Most efficient company... I called Friday for a plumbing issue I had and they scheduled me for same day.... Martha was super attentive and asked about my issue in order to send tech out. Zack showed around 530pm with just a couple tries he was able to fix the problem ... I'm very picky with customer service as well as professional look when it comes to people representing their company Martha and Zack definitely exceeded my expectations !! THANK YOU !

Bumble Breeze Technician Timothy is very impressive. He was honest about the solutions he offered and what was in the best interest for the property. Because of his instructions the water heater was replaced in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for better service!
