We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. My home's basement flooded while I was doing laundry there. After receiving several price quotes over the phone, I hired Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services to fix the drain pipe that had collapsed beneath my floor. 3rd time that they got my information then never came never called. The third time they asked us to wait for the call till 8am- 5pm - 30minutes before they come they will call.
