Best Garbage Disposal Install in North Las Vegas NV

Similar to a couple other reviews AHS warranty uses this company to fix issues. They caused major damage to my property outside of the work they were contracted to do. The receptionist is beyond incompetent and does not return calls. Our last time talking on the phone I promise I will call you back in 10 min. Of course I had to call them the next day. With so many plumbing companies choose another one. Bad Bad bad!

Was prepared and patient. Offered support as well for when installers come. Gave multiple options for fixing my sink with different price options. Was just a very good experience.

I don't know where you found Scott McGhie but you should go back and see if you can find more just like him. He was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. He gave us several water heater options, and answered all my questions about an old water softener that wasn't working well. He gave us the information and let us decide without trying to push us into something we really didn't need. We ended up replacing the water heater and softener, and we are very happy with both.

Jacob came out to my house and he was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Good service for water heater repair in summerlin

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

Our hot water heater would no longer ignite. I called Techcool at 9:30 am, and at 11:30 the technician was at our door. By 1:30 pm, we had a new water heater installed. Zach, the technician, was professionnel, courteous and very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company and Zach!

Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done
