Best Garbage Disposal in North Las Vegas NV

My home warranty company sent two plumbers over to repair a leak. They were nice and responsive.

Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

FAST, RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE
I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Took extra care not to damage anything. I would highly recommend than to anyone. Great job with great people. Did not try to up sell to “better services. Arrived on time and finished the job in a timely matter. Great people.

The technician arrived to my house as scheduled. I received a text letting me know he was on his way to my property. The repair was completed the same day. The price for the service call was used as part of my final payment. The price paid was acceptable and I felt very satisfied with the whole process. I truly recommend this company to all. We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We will recommend him and his company to all our family and friends. The quality and workmanship of his services is second to none. Thank you Albert and Second Opinion Plumbing!

Excellent water heater repair!!

Poor service, installed faucet, starts leak with in a week.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I
could not be happier and recommend Mr. Anderson and his crew to anyone who appreciates quality and honesty. Thank you A Team!
