Excellent service! Very professional from the first outreach when we had an after hours emergency due to a broken toilet valve. They arrived within one hour of my after hours service request. Fair (upfront price) given on the phone before the technician was even dispatched. I would definitely use them again!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Vince of Silverstate Refrigeration & HVAC was a real life-saver to me. He made 3 visits to replace a motor that wasn't functional and didn't stop until my home AC worked to bring the temperature down from 95 degrees to a livable 72 degrees. This was at the end of July, one of the hottest months of the year. This senior citizen is very grateful to be able to stay nside her home once again! Thank you, Vince, from my heart!

We had a new AC unit installed in summer. Today was the first day we turned on the heater. We were not familiar with how the new unit works. Simply AC responded to our service need very quickly. Within one hour, Shawn W. was here to help. He did the inspection and explained to us how a new unit works. Everything was fine. He was very professional, thorough and polite. The Tech that came out was a super cool guy and took care of change out my water heater real quick within 24 hours of the claim I would definitely recommended these guys they do a great job and very friendly

Replacing hot and cold valve for washing machine. He gave me repair options, he did a good job.

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
