Taron at Blue Diamond Plumbing was the 3rd plumber to diagnose an under slab leak in the hot water pipes under my house. He came on time, made my house a priority since they already knew I had issues with the first guy, and brought the leak detection equipment which my insurance company wanted. Scheduling the work was on my day off and he completed a reroute of hot water pipes thru the walls and attic since original pipes were under the house. He left a clean job and explained absolutely everything to me as he was going. I also asked for his recommendation for a GC and he literally showed up at my house an hour later. What most people would consider a huge expensive disaster he made a pleasant experience. Laura in the office was also extremely helpful in speaking to my brother when I couldn’t and in organizing everything. A++++++

M.C. Plumbing was great! They worked with me on the appt time. Miguel, the technician was prompt and did a great job. Only downside was I thought it was a little expensive. On sight estimate was $425 for a kitchen sink faucet and disposal install. Job took less than a hour. I will use them again, though.

We called Pure again for our loose faucets and it was fixed right away. They are our go-to plumbing company for 3 years now. Had other issues that were addressed and Tobee spent the entire day at our house until early evening. He is a great plumber. His supervisor Jason came out to assist and was so informative and educated me on different problems and solutions for various issues in our home. He really knows a lot about how to diagnosis things and was very determine to find the right solutions. They both were polite, great listeners, professional and detailed oriented. They even wear booties and I appreciate that because I'm a clean freak! We have several options to move forward with the work and we will be repairing things soon. I like how responsive the front desk is with text updates too. I am very pleased with these two technicians and understood the tricky problems with our plumbing. On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!
