Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

The company contacted me to set a time and were helpfull in working with my work schedule.
Able, the tech found the problem, and had back up and running in less than an hours time

Spoke to owner this am and asked him about water pressure. Sent Dave this afternoon to check things out. I was very satisfied with them and will use them again.

Water heater broke at my house. They sent a plumber over within a few hours and notified me by text and email when he was on his way. My plumber, Matt Fall, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the problem, the cause of it, and gave me a few options for repair. I really liked that he took the time to show me all the problem areas with the previous install and explain everything thoroughly. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish! Good service for water heater repair in summerlin

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. Easy to do business with.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

This was the first time I've used the electrician side of YES. Glad I did. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician Sean was great! Friendly & courteous! He fixed the electrical issue I was having quickly at a fair price. I'd recommend these folks!
