On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

We liked the fact that we got the price for parts and labor over the phone without having to suffer the Technician has to come out and evaluate and then give you a price routine. When the technician got here he was professionally dressed and had all the tools and parts he needed and was done in less than 30 minutes. He took the old garbage disposal and left the work area clean and ready to use. He answered all of our questions about the workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty. We asked him to leave several of his business cards so that we could share our good experience with our neighbors and I highly recommend American Brothers plumbing and Clint for your plumbing needs. I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Great service. Got caught with a main line backup in new home we purchased and the shower was flooded. Dan came out quick, and knew exacrly what was needed and had us back up and running in 30 mins with a very fair price. Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas.
This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well.

The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service.

Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this.
I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
