This was the first time I needed any plumbing service since I moved to Las Vegas. I contacted Pure Plumbing for my leaking water heater. Almost immediately, Jason arrived to survey the problem. He was friendly and very professional which immediately put me at ease. With his 20 years of experience, Jason diagnosed the problem and explained the course of action that needed to be taken. The next morning Jason, assisted by Jake, arrived to install a new water heater. They worked quickly and efficiently as well as leaving everything so clean. I was very impressed. I will definitely request Jason for all my plumbing needs.

I used Thistle DKI when I had a leak in my bathtub. Their response was very quick and they were professionals. They came in and assessed the water damage. Pulled out my tub and cut into the walls that were affected. The worker that did the repairs on the drywall, texturing and painting did a fabulous job. I will call them every time I have an emergency.

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! American Brothers was absolutely amazing. They instantly responded to our service call for a massive leak in the reverse osmosis system under our sink (on Christmas Eve Eve no less) and had a technician out the next morning right at 8:00am (on Christmas Eve!). Chris was quick to diagnose the problem, acquire the necessary parts, and fix our leak. Not only that, they charged a fair price for the work and were able to expeditiously complete the repair. American Brothers legitimately saved our Christmas, and that says something in 2020. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Able did a fantastic job. He knew his job and got it done efficiently. We had cold AC blowing again within the hour of his arrival and on one of the years hottest days. Excellent service. Our work was processed via our home warranty and we were very pleased.

I had been without water for 4 days because the first guy that came out said he couldn't fix the leak til the water from the leak dried up. I live in a mobile home so I proceeded to remove all the skirting from the back end of my home to give the ground a chance to dry up. Then this other guy comes to give me an estimate on how much and then says this will be an easy fix, I can do it right now!!!!! How wonderful!! I hadn't had running water in days!!!! Thank goodness for Junior!!!! If you want a job well done and quick, make sure you get Junior to do it for you! If it wasn't for him, I'm sure I wouldn't have my water back on. Thanks again!
