Best Emergency Hvac Service in North Las Vegas NV

My home warranty company sent them out to fix my AC in Vegas where the temp is over 100 degrees. The guy comes checks the AC tells me that I need refrigerant that costs $240.00. I ask repeatedly if he's sure that is the problem and if the air would work one he was done ... he said yes repeatedly. He left ... the air DOES NOT work and the house didn't do anything but get hotter since he fixed it. I called the home warranty and complained. I called the company back to complain and they said that he would come back between 4-7pm. The tech never came back and did not answer his phone or text. Definitely got scammed out of $240.00 .

Trustworthy company!! I had a plumber out and it was obvious he was trying to take advantage of an older lady. It was a very high quote. My neighbor referred Pure and Myles came to the rescue!He not only unclogged my sewer line (which had tree branches causing the clog), but he also replaced the irrigation pipes and hauled away my broken water softener. With adding those last two jobs on, he was still cheaper than the first plumbers quote. He saved me alot of money!! I will never call anyone else for p[lumbing! Pure Plumbing is in my books now! I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

He was extremely professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. My washer and dryer have been performing admirably, and I'm pleased with the results.

I Had a young man by the name of Christopher Roberts ( Smart Efficient highly recommended) very respectful on time did a very good job appreciate the knowledge on my services done by him.

Having used Handyman for many projects in the past I called them again to hang a garage door opener, mesh on a gate and some overhead shelves. After first inspection they scheduled someone to come out to perform the work. Another handyman shows up a few days later to perform the work. He sees the garage door opener and stated that handyman doesn’t install them and recommends another company they work with (not what we were first told). He then takes a look at the storage shelves and says he needs to study the manual and will have to schedule another day to come out. He comes out the next day and starts to install. 5 hours in he realizes that he needs help to install and another day is scheduled with 2 guys. So far 5 days and only my gate had been completed. After the weekend they come with 2 guys and finish the install. To say it looked like a second grader installed it would be an insult to a child. All the racks were not level and most of the bolts into the beams were not even screwed in all the way. We complain to handyman service after they leave and they send another guy out who finally finished the job and made it look professional.

Consensus is that good help is apparently hard to find and while they do have skilled guys they also have a lot that are clueless. Wouldn’t hire for another project again.

The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.

I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.
