I cannot speak highly enough of Blue Diamond plumbing! Everyone we've seen has been so professional and honest. Andy and Taran are the best! When another company told our home warranty company we had abused the toilet and they wouldn't cover it, Andy came out as a second opinion and fixed it in under an hour! Again, we needed a second opinion and Taran came out when above and beyond to help diagnose our leak. Even the lady in the office is so patient and kind. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Diamond Plumbing!

We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. The YES/Blue Apple AC technician suggested and drafted a proposal for repair - that my air conditioner was oxidizing and had daisy-chained condensers, causing an imbalance in my unit, causing it to overheat, and said it could shut down at any time. Any unit can shut down at any time. This tactic to scare me, the homeowner, was unsuccessful, as I have a family member come the next day, an HVAC technician who has been for 34 years in the valley double-check this new issue on this routine maintenance check. After inspecting the two condenser batteries in one unit and one condenser, or what I call batteries in the other, he explained that there was nothing wrong with the unit; he told me that this was just NOT TRUE. They both had equal and correct amperage and no need for concern. The brown on the fan motor at the top is normal as the units do heat, and that causes the paint on the motor head to brown. ALL units have some degree of discoloration. In other words, AC units are made to dis-spell heat which almost always causes paint to turn brown or peel. This resin is usually set by the high temperatures. Appliances with metal components are vulnerable to corrosion, especially if exposed to outdoor conditions; THIS IS NORMAL. This technician, LIKE SO MANY in our valley, was trying to UPCHARGE me. I suspect this is the sales model most electric, plumbing, and HVAC companies use to make money. No wonder they are willing to come to the house on a service agreement at no charge. But it didn't fool me, and Thank you; I will keep my $900 in my pocket!
Don't change out something that was never defective. IF IT IS NOT BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT. If your AC unit fan stops, turn off the AC and call a tech. If your compressor stops humming or changes sound, turn off your unit and call someone; if your AC is blowing warm, turn off your unit and call someone. STOP replacing parts that THEY TELL YOU WILL QUIT WORKING. Yes, your machines can stop anytime, but wait until they do; some last 15 years, some less. I have three HVAC services that I double-check each other because I was ripped as a single mom. I didn't want to inconvenience a family member. Now I do both, verify all recommendations made by family and other AC companies I have hired. Don't fall for this way of doing business. Be a savvy homeowner, especially single parents and older people. Good luck! All these pictures are normal wear and tear.
