I called the AHS for 3 faucet leaking problems at the beginning of last week. The AHS picked Blue Diamond plumbing company for the first time. On the first appointment day, they didn’t show up because their truck had a problem. Andy came on the second appointment day, but he didn’t have enough parts, so I had to reschedule. On the third appointment day, he canceled the appointment, I had to reschedule it again. After 4-5 reschedules, they finally came on 6/26/23. A technician named Kyle Basom came to fix our faucet. Since the faucet was a little more difficult to repair (according to Kyle), he had a hard time fixing it. He took one hour to fix the faucet, but he continuously cursed and used inappropriate language. After finishing the faucet, Kyle refused to fix the other faucet, which had the same problem, since it took too much effort. Kyle recommended fixing both the cartilage and the valve on the faucet since it would make his job easier even though the valve did not need to be fixed. It cost me an extra $550 out of my pocket. He left without fixing the second faucet and I received an invoice of $550 even though changing the valve was unnecessary. This morning, I called the AHS to request a second diagnosis from another company. The innovations plumbing company came today changed a new cartilage and took care of the cartilage much faster and professionally compared to Kyle at Blue Diamond Plumbing. I recommend that AHS's other customers avoid Blue Diamond Plumbing. Not only do they have terrible service, but they don’t care about how much money customers spend. They only care about less, easier, and more convenient work for themselves.

We had the wonderful pleasure of receiving service from Steven at Plumbing Kings! We were in a bind as we just moved in to our new home and didn't have access to many essential things that were needed for our family. On top of an honest quote and endless wealth of information that was extremely helpful, we felt more than confident that he would complete the job honestly and professionally! Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price. He was utterly patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly what was going on and how my system works. I highly highly recommend this company if you have a leak.

Air squad somebody came, turn on AC just raise there hands to check the airflow. Very disappointing and took the service charge without doing anything with my duckwork. You guys dont ever ever call these company again. CHARGING LITERALLY WITHOUT DOINH ANYTHING AND WALK AWAY WITH MONEY!!!! PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!

I am a local realtor and have used them multiple times. Every time they have been communicative, on time, professional and best part is they offer free estimates until they find the problem. They got us in a day before which time was of the essence! Scottie was great this last time around .

Every once in a while, an unexpected delight comes along. Such was the case when I found Pure Plumbing. I had several plumbing tasks that had been put off. When our garbage disposal decided to spring a leak, plumbing repairs become imperative.I found Pure Plumbing online. The reviews were good so I gave them a call. My experience with this company has been nothing short of pure enjoyment. They were prompt, courteous, professional and fair. The work was excellent and they handled it all right away.I rarely write reviews online but Andrew and his crew at Pure Plumbing deserve the accolades. They earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend them! Ten stars!!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Took extra care not to damage anything. I would highly recommend than to anyone. Great job with great people. Did not try to up sell to “better services. Arrived on time and finished the job in a timely matter. Great people.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done
