Bifurcated capacitors taped inside cardboard box and set loose in the box. Fire hazard, poor workmanship. Air squad says they don’t get paid enough from American home shield. They don’t care. Very unprofessional. Original was dual Capacitor with metal bracket.

Old water heater died, 5 years old, previously had 100% covered by Pure Plumbing! they totally replaced, Daniel Diaz fantastic, fantastic plumber, Pure Plumbing FANTASTIC! Have more jobs, all will go to Pure Pluming!

When I informed them I didn't want to undertake the more comprehensive recommendation work, they changed their minds and offered me a different option. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, and your team (I didn't catch his name).

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

We are so thrilled with the work Silver State did for us, we had a new AC unit , and air duck cleaning,
Robert and David were here four hours cleaning the ducks for us and were excellent, the installers were wonderful and so friendly,,, if there was a six star rating I would give them that, everyone showed upon time with no problems,,,don’t hesitate to have them do your work if you need air conditioning done,
And Doug the field supervisor was excellent , he could not have been a better salesman and very professional

The work was very good. did the work in timely manner. the work was done about 3 months ago and we have had no problems and no complaints I will surely call Las Vegas Handyman for future jobs.

Late one evening as I was ready to go to bed I went to brush my teeth and realized there was no water ? Went out in the garage and it was flooded ! Told my wife , she had been given a nail file by a friend that had Focus plumbing on it so I thought what the heck , I'll give then a call. It turned out the main valve coming into the garage had burst and it was after 9:30 pm and I had to go to work very early the next day ! I needed this fixed ASAP ! I called Focus and thirty five minutes later he showed up very clean and professional ready to help me. Another thirty minutes later it was all done !!! Focus plumbing was wonderful ! And reasonably priced . Thanks Jim

Seriously on my way out at 5am to walk my dogs and ..I noticed water from garage, water heater went out. I called Rob Maderick and even tho he had to squeeze me in, he did...thank you so much!!! Reliable, could have charged me more for fitting me in when it was 112° but didn't...thank you for being honest, and reliable!
