Excellent service from start to finish! This was my first time using Pure Plumbing. They were recommended to me by a friend. When I called to set up an appointment the woman I spoke with was friendly, concise, and got me in for only a few days away! I received email and text confirmations, assuring me of the process throughout. Day of, I received a call confirming and the woman let me know exactly when my plumber would be arriving, along with who it would be. Myles gave superior customer service, explaining everything well and got the job done quickly! Myles was also very friendly to my dog Lyra :) Now I have a new toilet, and I will absolutely use them again! Pure Plumbing Team: You are doing everything right! THANK YOU!!!!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service.
