We had water damage from a water heater leak. Thistle DKI handled the entire project from removal of the damage to rebuilding the wall. Our project manager, Kaydin, was very responsive. He answered any questions we had whether by phone call or text. Kaydin was very knowledgeable with a very good customer service management style. He even handled any unfinished touch ups, such as putting on a door frame molding, getting the paint to match and checking the water heater hook up. I would be very pleased to have this same service completed by Thistle DKI and Kaydin in the future.

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

After searching for a plumber and dealing with no shows or no one returning calls, finding the American Brothers (and Mike) was like a breath of fresh air! He came by to do an estimate for the job and was back the next day to do the work. . . arriving right on time. He did an excellent job! Mike is very knowledgeable and is an expert on all things plumping. You can tell that he enjoys educating the homeowner so that you are informed on how things operate. I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Charged $130 (only given a $15 discount, total was originally $145) for literally 10 mins they were here to unclog my toilet with a snake. That is an insane amount of $$$ for this! ILL NEVER use this company again!

I had a problem with the sewer, so I contacted Las Vegas Plumbing. The company conducted a camera inspection and discovered the issue. They resolved the issue and did an excellent job. The camera inspection was crucial to solving my problem. They knew precisely what to do and carried it out with great efficiency. I would strongly endorse them.

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???
