Fantastic job. Not only did Homer finish the job in a timely manner, he actually called and replaced my water heater the day before it was scheduled to be replaced. I cant say enough about the service. I was skeptical about the cost of my replacement, but after doing some research found the price quite fair compared to some of the estimates I received from other places such as the Yes! Company, asking for 50% more than what MC plumbing charged me. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We had our ac go out when it was over 100 outside. They helped us work with our home warranty to get some of the system covered, which not one company was willing to do, we called 7 places. We had a very knowledgeable tech come out at 10 at night to help us out to get on the books as soon as possible. Jeff was our tech and he worked his tail off for us helping things get moved along and working with the warranty company and keeping us posted with updates. Not to mention he cleaned and fixed any scuffs to the walls from replacing the new system which I really appreciated. I’m very happy we went with these guys they are great.
