Best Commercial Plumbing Repair in North Las Vegas NV

We initially used a different company to unclog and hydro jet a backed up sewer line. Two weeks later we had the same problem. We called out the same company who then told us that the problem was an offset sewer line that would cost us $15,000 to fix.
We got a second opinion from Plumbing Kings. They carried out a line inspection and found that a portion of the sewer line was partially clogged with debris and grease. We did not have an offset sewer line.
Plumbing Kings staff were very professional and honest and saved us from being ripped off. Glad we got a second opinion. Relieved to know we don't need to spend the $15k for a fault that does not exist. Thank you Plumbing Kings, Steven and Tyler.

Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.

Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.

I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.

They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.

I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem.

My hot water heater was replaced when scheduled in a timely manner

Eriberto was very responsive to any questions I had and Luis & Noel & Eriberto were all hard workers from the moment they got there until the end of the day , I would highly recommend them. 😊Inspection came out great & now on to the replacement part with their company Thistle construction 🎉 but hoping the girls in the office will be a little more helpful then when I called yesterday concerning a appointment & they had the attitude of not available to bad so sad 😞 I was going to go somewhere else but then Marco called me back & assured me he was coming today as we discussed prior & was true to his word & was here bright & early this am with Tyler in tow setting me up to start putting my house back together 😊 That's what I call Customer Service I will add before & after pics once I have the house finished so you can see their work 😊

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

Highly recommended. Needed a plumbing service immediately on a Sunday. Albert was very helpful and responded with urgency. He came calm and says “I got it!” He immediately worked on what was needed and also on another area that was asked at the time he was here. We truly appreciate his services and smooth process. We purchased two bathroom sink faucets and made the attempt to install ourselves. To our surprise, we needed certain tools to complete the job. I reached out on Yelp and American Brothers replied right away. I spoke with Brian and he was able to set up a free estimate the next day (Saturday). On Saturday, Anthony came out and gave us a fair quote and we decided to move forward with the project. Anthony completed all of the work and did a fantastic job.

I also was made aware that the company does other household projects too. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing projects!

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Thousands of Nevada homes were built using Kitec fittings to connect water lines. I ignored years of notices about the defective fittings, the lawsuit, the settlement and ability to get free replacement fittings because I believed my home did not have Kitec. May 2015, a neighbor mentioned that his home was re-plumbed 2 years ago by Rakeman Plumbing and that I could get a free inspection of my home, so I phoned Rakeman. Rocky Gerber knew exactly where to look for the Kitec fittings because his company has re-plumbed many homes in my neighborhood. He made 3 holes in my walls and showed me the Kitec fittings. BOTTOM LINE: Rakeman Plumbing did such a great job, you can’t even tell they were here, despite having made 14 large holes to replace pipes and fittings in 3 rooms of my home. They carefully covered all my furnishings and flooring so nothing was damaged. There were 2 minor “hiccups” along the way but Rakeman rectified them within 1 hour, which impressed me even more because some plumbers are slow to respond after a job is completed. Rocky Gerber, Kristina Williams, Robert Murph, Sergio’s team and the painters put a big smile on my face. Kitec fittings might have failed and flooded my home at any time. The Rakeman team removed all that anxiety. When they repainted my walls I was amazed to see a 100% perfect color match and they left me with extra paint as a free bonus.
