I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Was leaving for a flight at 9:00 am and noticed a/c sounding off at midnight. They were able to get someone to my home and fix the problem before my flight!

In May, I had my a/c unit tune up done. They found 3 issues of concern, however they were not contracted by my home warranty. So Air Squad was sent out.
The technician arrived, we told him what we needed checked for repairs, he discounted them and did a minimal check with his findings being nothing wrong, and made excuses why he didn't need to check them out.
Hello!!! You were called to address our issues. Anyway, I contacted the company who did the tune up, the owner apologized if his tech was in error, and would refund my $100 co pay to home warranty plus the cost of the tune up if this was the case. He was very nice and offered a solution.
He recommended I see the readings from Air Squad to compare with the readings they did.
Seem simple enough right?? Well, I called Air squad, only to have a confused person on the phone, so he said he would have the tech call me..
When the tech called, I asked for this info, and he was very rude and unprofessional. He told me if I wanted any info to contact my warranty company and hung up.
I did call my home warranty, only to be told they didn't receive any diagnosis from air squad yet, but they would request it.
Well, I sat in limbo, as I couldn't get a 2nd opinion from home warranty until Air Squad send in the paperwork. It was requested several times, by myself and warranty co, even got told it was sent, got told I'd get an email so I could use that myself.. nope.. nothing. In the meantime, we were hitting triple digits, and my air needed to be fixed, and I ended up paying $700 out of my own pocket for a repair.
5 weeks now and still no paperwork turned in to warranty company.
I DO NOT recommend this company based on their unprofessional work ethic, and poor performance in a whole.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. We highly recommend LV Restoration for all your flooding recovery needs, as well as any other kitchen/bathroom renovation and remodeling needs. My air stopped working at 3pm. I called Best Air at 4pm and Serena told me they could have someone out by 8. I couldn’t believe they could respond so quickly but Brandon actually showed up at 6:30. He did a great job getting the air back running within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Best Air!
