Excellent water heater repair!!

Very fast efficient and nice

This company replaced my main water supply pipe (old/poly) and my shut off valves. They came out within hours of me calling, gave me a FREE estimate, and started working in my yard the next day! The techs arrived early both days and kept me informed during the entire process. Pricing was VERY competitive and the customer service was amazing!!! They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!!!

I just want to say thank you to Mark who answered my calls and to Jose that came to our house and completed not one but 2 different clog issues within a couple of weeks of each other . Once for our kitchen sink drain and 2nd time for our drain for the washing machine. Thank you so much!!!

Jose did a good job and we are very happy with the results.

Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.

UPDATE 3/22/22: We still love Royalty Plumbing so much. They installed our water softener and filtration system in our new house, and repaired a faucet leak. Also gave us some advice about the showers (it’s an older house). Again, they were very straightforward, reasonably priced, and didn’t try to upsell us. Communication is prompt and they showed up on time. We’ll never use another plumber except Royalty!

PREVIOUS (2019ish): Royalty Plumbing was fabulous! Kristen was really friendly and Anthony came out the same day we called to replace our water heater. He gave us instructions on how to flush the water every 6 months so the heater lasts longer, and didn’t try to upsell us on every little thing he did. SO much different from most plumbers, who seem to want your water heater to die quickly so you have to call them again, and who nickel and dime you on everything. We found our plumbers for life. I highly highly recommend. Thank you!

Our home had a symphony of plumbing noises, humming bathtub drains, whistling shower heads. They quickly located the problems and came up with reasonable cost solutions. I'll use them again for any plumbing need. We use them for our business too.

I was recommended Cobra by a friend that had a great experience with them working in their home. When my house had water damage, they came in and worked with my insurance to put it all back together. I was getting updated through out the whole process when it was time for the next steps in the process. My home looks better then it used to before! What a wonderful company that stands behind they’re work and keep theyre word .Our plumber ran into a lot of issues that other plumbers would have increased the price but this Guy said he was a man of his word and that really impressed both my wife and I.
