Angel at Air Squad helped me immensely. He caught the problem that everyone else missed. Angel even educated me as a home owner about my air conditioner and what to look for.

Justin Kausal was very friendly and very professional which is automatically 5 star for me. He answered all our questions and even offer extra advice regarding a different plumbing issue for our house. This is our first time using this company and will definitely use them again for future needs.

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

$200 for 20 minute service call?

These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! They answer right away when we call them! They are always ready to help and they don't take advantage of people and always happy! I recommend R&R!100% you will be happy you call them! My A/C unit went out. I called Simply Air got a hold of Richelle Ferguson. She was able to send someone out to me right away. My A/C unit was fixed the same day. I would recommend Simply Air for fast reliable service.

The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and sounded like she was in bed as if I disturbed her. A guy from this facility came out two different times to diagnose a problem and each time the problem was worse. Overall very unprofessional and has no clue of what they are doing.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.
