While it did take a tech 3 times to correct the original leaking spigot (outdoor faucet), the final visit (4th) from a Sr. Tech did correct the leak. They were very responsive, even during after hours and were always on time. I would have given them 5 stars, but because it took 4 attempts, I couldn’t do so.

What an experience... they were quick to answer, come out to home and make necessary repairs while all the time answering questions and explaining what the results of the repairs will be. Nice people to deal with, kinda like it used to be. You can trust them to treat you the same way.

The team at Royalty Plumbing is the best. They responded very quickly and got the estimated scheduled when we needed it. The estimate was very fair and complete and we had complete trust in what they promised to provide. The installation technician was fantastic and showed up right on time. They worked very quickly and took care of all trash clean up at the end of the project. We will use Royalty again for any future projects. The BEST! A++++++++++++

This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
