Best Air Conditioning Repair in North Las Vegas NV

After two issues with the Plumbing in my house causing water damage, I was extremely sensitive to plumbing problems/leaks. I thought something was wrong in one of my bathrooms, and I called Thistle DKI (Bobby) and told him my concerns and he had people come over to take care of everything! I am super appreciative of the response and taking care of what I thought was an issue. If I have any repair items for my home that they cover, I will definitely call them first!

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Our hot water heater would no longer ignite. I called Techcool at 9:30 am, and at 11:30 the technician was at our door. By 1:30 pm, we had a new water heater installed. Zach, the technician, was professionnel, courteous and very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company and Zach!

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.
