Best Water Heater in Newark NJ

Rex came to my house on an emergency call, and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. He quickly and efficiently repaired the leak we were experiencing. He was professional and gave us a reasonable price for the work he performed.

Keith's the man!! I got home one night and heard an ocean running in my basement from a clogged pipe. Called around for plumbers at nearly 10pm and NO ONE answered my calls until I found Elizabeth Plumbing and Drains' number.
Keith answered and was as cool as polar bear hair, went to home Depot for something and was at my house in 20 minutes!! He did a quick fix for the evening before returning to my house the next morning to snake my plumbing which revealed and fixed the issue.
If you're having drain and/or plumbing issues, please call these guys!!! Keith is old school, but so sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you Keith!!

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again.
