Responsive. They sent Steven. Great guy actually had a few laughs with him while snaking our sewage pipes. Came back finished installing tankless water heater. great work would definitely use them again. But again Steven was great and knowledgeable... easy going!

We called Chapman Brothers in the morning and by evening we had a beautiful new water heater. They were careful and courteous, with a reasonable price. I will call them again....AJR, 4/17/19

Antonio our plumber was a fantastic technician. He listened to our concerns and checked out all the pipes to see what our issue was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. While I am not looking for any more plumbing issues, I would have no problem calling rotor rooter to handle it, especially given the time and care that Antonio took with our problem.

Ive been doing business with this company for a while and its been great. The brothers, Carmine and Ben are always pleasant to deal with and have been nothing but outstanding over the years. Highly recommend.

I called this plumbing service, explained my issue in detail, and that I needed someone to fix it. The appointment was for 3 or 4 days later. We had a bathroom renovation that was botched, had the tile floors and walls pulled out so the plumber can easily access everything.

Plumber arrives, doesnt really listen to what im explaining while constantly texting on his phone, goes to his car. Comes back, says he has to take pictures to get a quote, goes to his car again, comes back again to take pictures....????

I get a call from the owner(?) Dennis that they aren't going to work on anything and the plumber just drives off. Thanks for helping us with the leak, you're a second rate individual.

As an employee for Haddad Plumbing and Heating I must say this is a great company to work for. From the first day everyone was very welcoming. I could deffinitely see myself growing with Haddad.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
