Best Shower Pipes in Newark NJ

I called 5 plumbers and either no one was there, or they said they would call me back. The guys at Elizabeth Plumbers took my call, told me they could call back in 10 and they did. They responded to the fact that I had an emergency and my hot water heater was leaking really badly, even though it was 7PM and they came over fixed the supply pipe (where the leak was). Price was reasonable the the service was great. Thanks guys. Happy to leave the review!

This company did OK in my book, but take it for what it’s worth because they did not have to end up fixing anything. It was an interesting visit. It started with them being more willing to set up time to come to my home, but I quickly figured out it was because ECO contracts out their work to other HVAC companies. A gentleman stopped by that was pretty nice, but didn’t end up fixing anything and ultimately said that if any of the issues that I had asked them to come here for originally continue to happen, to call him back. But there’s the dilemma, do I call him back, do I call ECO back? And, he was able to notice almost all of the things that I called them for while he was here. So, why call him back if they happen again, if they’re happening currently? When he left he didn’t seem sure that he should or should not charge me. He told me to call ECO back and let them know what happened. Not sure here. Will have to call them back and see if they can help out next time I have an issue.

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

Had an issue with my toilet. The water would not stop running after the tank was full. The shut off valve was also broken. Carmine Jr. came same day within the hour to repair my issue. He was very nice and ran to the hardware store twice to get parts to make sure everything was working correctly. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy with the job performed. The pricing was average for the work done. Paid $250.00 in cash for a new pump system, valve and seal. I have actually used this company for the last 8 years that I have lived at my current address. They have always been professional and friendly. Something I value as a female since not all people in the plumbing and electrical industry treat female customers the same as they would a male.

I've worked with this company over the years and decided to leave a review. I have had many positive experiences even as recent as a week ago. Always a pleasure working with people that show initiative and actually do what they say. Recently we hired National to install Gas Piping and provide a pressure test as well. They were competitive on pricing and scheduled and met with the inspector. Piping work looks great and the inspector was complimenting the work and professionalism. Great company with great people.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

What a rip off! Guy was in my house for 5 minutes and did a quick fix. Did not even do the complete repair that was needed. Sent me a bill over $150 and I still need to get the job done right. The price they gave me should have completed the job. Not just a temporary fix. I would not recommend

Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching). Highly recommend DMC (and Moses especially!!).

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.

This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴

I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.
