Quick response time. The Plumber was prompt with his arrival and helped me diagnose the problem. He provided a fair price quote and returned the next day to do the work. There was a clog in the main drain pipe that would require a snake. Service rendered was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if I encounter any future plumbing needs

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my property supervisor to fix my heating. Tired, I called a few organizations requesting what amount it would cost to analyze the issue. American Way hit me up immediately and didn't charge to analyze the issue.

The technician they sent over-expressed he was working a little far from my place, however, could drop by around 8 this evening if that wasn't too late for me. It's not so much as 8 yet and my heater is working once more all because of the technician’s help. This company provides a very thorough and professional service. We needed a rooftop (RTU) unit to be replaced, as the old one died after 14 years. The new unit had to be lifted by crane to the roof of the building. John (Service Manager) at Haddad responded quickly. He immediately ordered and procured the new unit. He navigated the city permit process (which is a real hassle!), procured the crane, organized the street closing, no parking signs and the required off-duty police officer for the installation day. He communicated and coordinated everything with my condo's management company. We literally did not have to do anything.

On the day of installation all went seamlessly. Joe (the Supervisor), was smooth in executing on every step of the job. He was efficient, patient and answered all of our questions. He made the day painless.

Bottom line, these guys really care and are focused on the customer. Or course we will recommend Haddad to our friends and neighbors.
