Best Routine Air Conditioning Maintenance in Newark NJ

I called All Clear to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink and couldn't be happier I did. Ivan came out within an hour of calling and not only fixed the issue promptly but saved me quite a bit of money by thinking outside the box to make the repair. My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. The person that answered the phone was not supportive. I explained my situation to him and he asked my location. I live within walking distance of the business. He asked about the building them. I stated it was an apartment complex. He than asked how many apartments. I disclosed the amount and he states he does not do apartments. This information could have been placed on the website as well as the hours of operation. Because after 5pm it is classified as not normal hours. So the rate would increase.

Just purchased a home, and after a few estimates we had these guys come service our air conditioning unit. They were on time and great costumer service. Will definitely use them again!! :)

Falcon Plumbing and Heating are excellent. They installed 2 boilers and 2 hot water heaters in my home. They did alot of work in a short amount of time. They are fairly priced. I'm happy I decided to go with them. They are super attentive and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick response time. The Plumber was prompt with his arrival and helped me diagnose the problem. He provided a fair price quote and returned the next day to do the work. There was a clog in the main drain pipe that would require a snake. Service rendered was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if I encounter any future plumbing needs
