I called All Clear Plumbing after my steam boiler broke. Originally, I had my contractor try to install a brand new Utica steam boiler. That was a huge mistake on my part. It was an absolute train-wreck. He had no idea what he was doing. I called All Clear in the morning- Ivan, the owner picked up. He asked me to send him pictures of the boiler my contractor installed. He advised me not to turn on the boiler as it would be detrimental to the well being of my family and home. I also sent pictures to another plumbing company. When they saw the pictures they refused to work on our boiler because the job was so poorly done. Ivan, on the other hand, scheduled an immediate install of a brand new boiler. His plumber, Wilson, came out and did a wonderful job installing our brand new boiler. He also replaced the vents on a few radiators and serviced them at no extra charge.

Here’s the point- this company is exemplary. Their service and work is stellar. All Clear Plumbing is second to none in the state of NJ. If you want professionalism, stellar customer service and fair prices- use All Clear Plumbing. I would, and I am recommending this company to all of you in need of plumbing services.

I’m simply sharing my experience as an All Clear customer. My boiler broke in the midst of winter. I was home with two small children and a pregnant wife. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. When my son finished his shower the knob would not move and so the shower kept running. It was midnight and I a first time homeowner didn’t know what to do. My mother recommended them to me and I immediately reached out. They were very informative as to what steps to take until they came. When they came they examined the shower and informed me of the damage and steps needed for repair. They were able to fix it the same day. Will definitely be a repeat client and highly recommend. They were very professional and welcoming.

My Landlord Left us with a Broken sewer drain pipe with big holes in it.and broken bathtub Pipe SINCE DECEMBER 2022. And today is September 1st of 2033.

We went 9 MONTHS with TOILET WATER coming from the 3rd floor bathroom on top of our bathroom. The ceiling was cracking bigger and bigger everyday.
Every time and I mean every time we had to use the bathroom we had toilet water
Pouring down on us .
I'm embarrassed to say everything that was pouring down on us everyday.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
