These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Horrible service!!! I called these guys to come fix my heater because it wasn't blowing heat and the guy comes and cleans something up and makes it work but then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. On another note, they had gave me 30 day warranty on the service if it was to stop working anytime and so I called again and they came back and they charged me the same amount again when they said it's covered in the first repair warranty. So i asked what are they charging me for and he's like oh i did this and that and I'm like i didn't even see you take anything up there so why are you making things up? He had no reply and then he said oh what if I lied to you and said I installed a new part just to take your money! Thats NOT good customer service if they are going to talk back like that. I also called the manager (who I made the appointment with) and he starts making up some other excuse just to take my money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him because he didn't let me know that he was changing another part, so therefore he said he will put it back the way it was and I said OK. And on the other hand, the manager is screaming at me on the phone saying don't ever call us for service. THATS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! If google had negative rating stars then thats what they deserve. Don't ever hire them because they are just full of lies to rob people.

When my son finished his shower the knob would not move and so the shower kept running. It was midnight and I a first time homeowner didn’t know what to do. My mother recommended them to me and I immediately reached out. They were very informative as to what steps to take until they came. When they came they examined the shower and informed me of the damage and steps needed for repair. They were able to fix it the same day. Will definitely be a repeat client and highly recommend. They were very professional and welcoming.

I am very pleased with the work clearflow and the team did for me. When Rolando first came to look at my water heater I felt no pressure. In fact, he told me i could wait a few months, so i did. I called around regarding price and what they quoted me was fair. The team was very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. So far i’m pleased with my new water heater.

Abadin installed the plumbing for my bathroom incorrectly. Due to Manny’s incompetence, there is fecal matter splattered on our walls because the pipes burst. If you want your house to smell like Mr. Abadin’s, hire him.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
