Best Regular Maintenance in Newark NJ

Chose to replace a water heater for my tenant which was original and installed in 2006. I had scheduled another plumber who had given me a cheaper price but then showed up on the day of the job and stated that he couldn't do the work based on the price I was given, that it was going to entail a lot of work, and suggested I shop around for another plumber. I then contacted Ivan from All Clear and he gave me a cheaper price then the 1st plumber, showed up to the house on schedule, and changed out the water heater with no issues at all. I will always use Ivan from All Clear for all my plumbing issues from now on.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Great and knowledgeable plumber

My project was daunting to begin with. Replace all piping from the curb to entire house. My house is old and had galvanized piping. National Plumbing was competitive. From Jorge to Al. Very professional although there were some hiccups along the way. The company own up and helped me to fix it. I will highly recommend them.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, they're a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership I'm subscribed to. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.
