When our heating got faulty and most of the contractors were busy, these guys understood our emergency and sent two guys right away. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and did a fine job. Would surely recommend them to anyone.

Very over price charged 100.00 for a 10.00 part and after that wasn't the problem..the guy wanted to charge me 500.00 for the part that was only 150.00. After I told him never mind he still took part off and took it to his truck..and I had to call police on this guy.or it was going to get real ugly..never call these guys they are crooks

I am very pleased with the work clearflow and the team did for me. When Rolando first came to look at my water heater I felt no pressure. In fact, he told me i could wait a few months, so i did. I called around regarding price and what they quoted me was fair. The team was very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. So far i’m pleased with my new water heater.

Mother-in-law AC went out Replaced furnace and AC system because it was so old. It was hot and humid. Called and got it replaced the next day. Unheard o that quick. All the guys stuck it out for a 13 hour day. Till 10:30 PM. To get it comfortable for 90 year old lady. All went well Thanks so much

These guys are very professional, cooperative and responded to all requests promptly. The quality of work done by them is excellent and a reasonable price they have. I commend their service and will use it again in the future.

In May Falcon Plumbing was called to check our hot water tank. The service man said the old tank needed to be replaced because of a failing pressure relief valve that could not be replaced due to age and corrosion. We had a new tank installed and were charged a few dollars short of $4,100. When the old tank was removed the laminate flooring in the basement was badly scratched. They promised to have someone fix this.

We were away for several days after this installation. We always shut off the water from the main whenever we go away overnight because we have know people who had flooding problems due to plumbing failures while away. When we got home the pressure relief valve on the new tank was open and all of the water from our internal plumbing system had drained out onto the basement floor. Apparently this valve was not properly installed. When they falcon service man came out about this he basically called me a liar, accusing me of opening this valve.

A service man from Vernont Gas System was out today for annual maintenance to our boiler. He asked about the new hot water tank. After discussion he said that VGS would have done this work for $3,100. He also pointed out that the installation was done wrong, as an expansion tank should have been installed, and he showed me the pages of the installation manual regarding the installation of such an expansion tank as part of the whole system.

So, I was overcharged by $1,000, my flooring was damaged, and the work was done wrong risking flooding of our basement. Finally, the proper expansion tank was not installed. So far Falcon has done nothing about repairing the damaged flooring.

Quick response time. The Plumber was prompt with his arrival and helped me diagnose the problem. He provided a fair price quote and returned the next day to do the work. There was a clog in the main drain pipe that would require a snake. Service rendered was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if I encounter any future plumbing needs

A week ago, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working, I know nothing about these air systems, therefore,I called this company since they were first in the search list. I have no regret using them! Plumbers came within an hour. The Plumber had explained everything about the air conditioner and fixed it accordingly.Everything works perfectly now. It was excellent and quick service! I recommend these guys!

Highly recommended. They returned my call within 30 minutes, came out the next day (I called at 5pm on a Wednesday and they were here at 9 am on Thursday), and spent several hours with me assessing the problem, eventually discovering that my furnace was cracked and leaking on the inside. The tech was friendly, communicative, and very clear about all my options and their estimated costs. The price was very reasonable, and I would absolutely use them for any future needs. Got it done quick and fast

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.

This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴

I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.
