Was very helpful and informative when he came to check our shower which required new caulking.The job was very well done and he made sure we saw the before and after! Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

I woke up and our kitchen sinks are clogged, the dishwasher was overflowing and even the washing machine had water coming out of it even though it wasn't running. Yuck.
I looked on google and found American way . I called them and a service man came out to the house about 40 minutes later and took care of everything. He is very clean and friendly and fast.
He did a great job and the price was reasonable.

Very professional although there were some hiccups along the way. The company own up and helped me to fix it. I will highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. They returned my call within 30 minutes, came out the next day (I called at 5pm on a Wednesday and they were here at 9 am on Thursday), and spent several hours with me assessing the problem, eventually discovering that my furnace was cracked and leaking on the inside. BEWARE...FIRST AND LAST TIME. I was given a recommendation to call this place for my kitchen plumbing. I assumed they would be somewhat reliable/professional. However I was wrong. Communication and professionalism by owner Mike and secretary needs much improvement. For example, try telling people how much you will charge for some unforeseen issue before actually doing it. Next, try communicating to people ahead of time when you think you will be able to make it. Lastly, you should inform customers of online promotions on your own website and warranties if any. I reached out to the person who recommended this place and asked him never to recommend this place again. I should have done my research to see that two out of the 6 reviews with 5 stars were the owners'. THAT RIGHT THERE IS SHADY AND NOT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
