More than one generation of my family have used Chapman Bros for at least 50 years. I’m always happy with the service, and everyone who works for the company is great. Fast service for emergencies (which in Cranford can mean flooding and related disasters) is always appreciated. I might have taken away a half-star for pricing...I’m sometimes a little surprised by how expensive a job turns out to be. But other than that, they remain my go-to service providers.

We purchased our home in December 2017 with a busted heater. Priced Right came out quickly to install a pristine unit, realign and appropriately seal our focal heat ducting. We purchased the yearly support administration at an ostensible charge. THIS IS WELL WORTH IT!!!! Today the technician came out to perform the administration. He was very polite and proficient. He even offered to clear out the dryer vent. I highly recommend Priced Right.

They found and removed the blockage in our plumbing immediately and then double-checked to make sure it was gone for good. They filled us up on what was going on and addressed any concerns we had. I could not be happier with the work done by Sal Trippi Plumbing! I had a slow drip from my tub spout and my handyman made it sound like it would be a very simple job to switch the old fixtures out with new ones. It was not - The job turned out to be MUCH more than he bargained for and I was left with a completely non-functioning shower (the only one in our place). Other plumbers took days to get back to me, just to refuse to touch the job because of the custom tile work. The few who would consider doing the work wanted to destroy several feet of tile to replace the parts in the wall, leaving me with either a mismatched wall or an additional $5-10K expense of replacing the whole surround. Desperate for a true pro, I found Sal, and his team saved my bathroom!

Sal responded to my message within minutes, and he was very friendly and professional. His estimate was equal or lower than everyone else I contacted, and he was very flexible with his availability, sending his team on a holiday so I wouldn’t have to miss any more work or go another week without a shower. Sal was confident in his ability to make the repair using only the few spare tiles I had, and his confidence was not misplaced - his team, Mario and Joe, did incredible work. They swapped out my old leaky fixtures for beautiful new ones, including replacing the valve and diverter in the wall. The best part - they did it with barely no damage to the tile, and the repair they did to the few tiles they needed to remove is completely unnoticeable. The leak is gone, the shower works great, and everything looks better than ever, all for a VERY reasonable price in a short period of time.

This plumbing company is great, they came in and did some work in my house. They were fast and responsive. They communicated very well. I am satisfied with the quality of their work and the price was fair. I highly recommend National Plumbing and Heating.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, they're a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership I'm subscribed to. I'm satisfied with the work that was done.

I was hired for marketing and PR manager position during COVID-19. I was then temporary laid off due to COVID-19. I was told that I’ll be returning back to my position on June 11 after inquiring regarding what the plan would be for my return I was told that I would not be returning due to budget cuts. I did some research and I saw they posted my position on May 30. No one consulted with me asking me to take a pay cut which I would’ve because I have a family or even giving me a heads that they are going towards a different direction.
