Zachary Plumbing came to my residence promptly to diagnose the issues (lack of hot water). They presented multiple options to remedy the problem to accommodate different budget expectations. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

After carefully comparing the quotes and customer testimonials, we decided to go with this company. Our research was on point because these guys did a terrific job. We have a new, energy-efficient HVAC system installed with 12 years of warranty.
They were patient and professional throughout. We are really happy with the service.

When my son finished his shower the knob would not move and so the shower kept running. It was midnight and I a first time homeowner didn’t know what to do. My mother recommended them to me and I immediately reached out. They were very informative as to what steps to take until they came. When they came they examined the shower and informed me of the damage and steps needed for repair. They were able to fix it the same day. Will definitely be a repeat client and highly recommend. They were very professional and welcoming.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

This people are rude, have no manners. They need to educate and teach the employees. They were late and asking stupids questions. The worst service!!

Abadin installed the plumbing for my bathroom incorrectly. Due to Manny’s incompetence, there is fecal matter splattered on our walls because the pipes burst. If you want your house to smell like Mr. Abadin’s, hire him.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
