Was visiting my mom and clogged her toilet she was asleep did not want to tel her call this guys the guy was here in 15 mins and got it unclogged in no time went to sleep and she did not even know what happened

I am a building manager and recommend Neo Plumbing to all the residents in the building. They do a quality job and are very professional. They are on time and always communicate in advance for any water shutoffs. Haven't heard any complaints about the quality of work from any owners so far.

Great prices and great work Raymond put in a water tank for me and fixed my sewer pump. He's very professional at what he do . I would recommend him to everyone i know.

My old hot water heater started leaking water badly (basically failing) very early morning resulting in me turning off the water and heat element. I found and called them, and Arsen came by quickly to inspect, recommended to replace with price point, and with half deposit, got the new heater and came by in the afternoon and got the job done at the time he said he would.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

Got what you need if you know what it is.

Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that weren't even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.

unfortunately, they are extremely rude when calling in for information. They just hang up on you before you even get your information out.
