they were great!!! helping out at a friends bar in brooklyn on a busy night when we had an emergency...not only did they get there fast and fix the problem, but they were polite and cleaned up after themselves!!!

I couldn't have chosen a better plumber. his work was meticulous & he was very polite & explained what he doing step by step. also his fee was about 1/2 of what others wanted to charge...& he did extra things with no extra charge. i would recommend him absolutely both for his price his expertise. what a Godsend!!!

I'd highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. Rite Plumbing was very responsive and helpful through this process, they answered and returned all my calls. The installation went smoothly and did not require any rescheduling.

The dispatch communication was super prompt and helpful, and our technician Sal was incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient! He immediately identified the problem and was in and out in under an hour.Miguel was dispatched a week later to fix something that wasn’t working again and fixed it super quickly and now the toilet works!

We had no heat in our house in the middle of a blizzard. We called up Aladdin Plumbing at 9:30pm and they had discovered our boiler went out. They responded very quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs. They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler on hand, in stock at their shop. Rr is a terribly over priced service that has horrendous customer service. Melissa in the office was unhelpful and nasty. To snake 10ft of drain was 650 bucks which they won't quote over the phone and after waiting 3 hours one evening the technician didn't show up till 8am the next morning letting our basement flood all night. This is a grab bag company that preys on their customers desperation in emergency situations. I will call a local plumber from now on.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

Choose IMP. IMP Plumbing is about the only honest plumbing company I came across after reaching out to nearly 10 different plumbers. In assessing quality, accountability, pricing, and customer service, IMP can't be beaten.

While I was skeptical of hourly pricing, I had called ahead and sent pictures of the job site beforehand - I needed a P-Trap installed. They agreed it was a small job and it should take an hour max. When things took unexpectedly longer, and when there was a leak after the job was done, they stood by their work and got the job done without any additional cost. All in all I paid just over $300 for labor ($200/hr), parts (~$75), and tax at the time of my job. They also didn't collect any money before the job was DONE. You NEVER see that these days with service providers.

Other companies overcharged or asked for money just to come check the job site out, usually on the order of $100-$300. Just to see the job. Then they give you any arbitrary quote they want, and if you don't like it well money is theirs. It's literally robbery. Others overcharge for parts and labor like crazy. Check my review on Roto-Rooter for example which tried to charge me $900 ($825 for labor and parts + tax). $825 vs. $275. Literally a 3x markup. Robbery.

Also, a lot of companies would charge you for their own issues in managing time, but IMP didn't. These days, there are hardly any companies that are that proud and confident in their workmanship. Moreover, the plumbers there took so much pride in their work, and were so pleasant to work with, that the experience of dealing with the plumbing issues was actually enjoyable.

You can't go wrong with IMP. They are my new go to.

I called to help with a small but very important plumbing issue. The staff on the phone was attentive and courteous and was able to get me an immediate appointment. I was kept apprised of who the tech was and when he would arrive. The tech, Rafael, was more than competent and took care of the issue and most importantly was one of the nicest people I have had in my home. Safety and cleanliness were also of utmost importance. Will definitely call again for plumbing and ac needs!
