Old Brooklyn Brownstones can be difficult for most plumbers. All the plumbers that have ever come to this building were good, but a few have been exceptional. Over two weeks, IMP’s plumber ruled out and fixed any issues that could have caused minor leaks.

The leak over someone’s oven, however, began to escalate and the source appeared to be major. More extensive work had to be done than originally thought and the IMP plumber addressed that situation expertly and efficiently. The plumber and his assistant worked tirelessly and he was considerate enough to leave me in an operational setting afterwards, which I did not think was possible! This plumber is exceptional. I would tell you his name, but IMP knows and since we probably will eventually need a plumber again; I don’t want him to be too busy … THANK YOU!

Top notch. Jason and James actually showed up a little early for the appointment, which was fine. I explained to them the problems, and they got right to work. They had a friendly banter with each other like true partners. They answered all my questions, never condescending to me or acting like it was a hassle, instead understanding that I was just trying to educate myself and learn, so that in the future I can take care of an issue myself or prevent future ones. I absolutely recommend this company, especially after another local one (initials AH) didn't even return my call.

Mitsubishi Ductless HVAC system.2. Laundry Room—disconnect and remove the existing warm air furnaces and the exposed ductwork within the laundry room. Relocate the existing washer, dryer, and wash tub to the opposite wall. Terminate the gas piping not in use3. Properly seal the existing sewer trap at the front of the home.I have notified Mr. Mike Rutigliano that because of pending house expenses (i.e., new roof, pool work, and exterior porch and paver work) that I could not do HVAC system at that price. I have called him several times requesting a new proposal for the above item 2 (Laundry Room) be submitted.I requested that item 3 (main sewer trap) be done as soon as possible because of the horrific order emanating from the sewer to the house.To date, I have not had a reply from Mr. Rutigliano or anyone regarding this matter. I have renewed my service agreement, but I have no service regarding the above.P. S. On Monday, 3-4-19, I requested service for a leaking garbage disposal and resetting of loose toilet bowl. Fortunately, this work was done the same day by technician, Safraz K. He was extremely professional, and affable performing the work. I even asked him to speak to Mr. Rutigliano regarding the main sewer to be done ASAP and the laundry room proposal. This has gone unaccomplished since November 12, 2018.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.

DO NOT USE! THEY CASHED $2100 DEPOSIT AND NEVER STARTED THE JOB.
