Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....

Horribly unprofessional and rude. Left before job was even started. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Van was non commercial. Scammers.

Came during the snow storm. Fixed the problem without replacing water heater saving a bunch of money.
