HUB Plumbing is a lifesaver!!! I called in late last night as a pipe in my bathroom burst behind the wall. John and Angel came by within the hour and were more than professional. They resolved the issue with a permanent fix in no time at all which helped minimize the damage.
Pricing was more than fair and they actually made me laugh during my time of stress.

We have had a new Plumbing and radiators fitted in two days. The two fitters have done a fab job and were clean efficient and very polite and respectful. They have given excellent customer service from start to finish even gave us a follow up call to check we are happy with our heating system. Also a good price too. We would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a water heater from Home Depot and they sent Z-Rite over to give an estimate and ultimately do the installation. They guy that came for the estimate (I don't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on time, and was quick and professional. What gave me the warm and fuzzies about Z-Rite was that I told him about some other concerns I had with my plumbing; He was happy to talk to me about it and set me straight on a couple of things (I mean that in a good way), but he didn't try to sell me on having other work done because I didn't really need it.

The couple of guys that came to do the actual installation a few days later also showed up on time, and did quick and professional work.

Sal was impressive! He walked us through the issues that were going on even showing us pictures and drawing a diagram. There were some unexpected pipe issues, but he handled them efficiently.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Very organized, great communication. The inspection itself was pretty painless.

I'm giving 5 stars because they have integrity in spades. I called another plumbing company and they promised to come but an hour later, I called back and no one could make it. Kew Forest called me back and talked me through shutting off a valve so that they could come during normal business hours to deal with my issue. So grateful we have a company like this that puts customers first and deals with the issue in a timely way to bring peace of mind to their clientele. I cannot express my gratitude. Thank you for being so professional and prompt!

We used Mike to secure a water pipe and to run water to the front yard of our house. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many options. He was on time, worked quickly and overall was very clean. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

A very modern but beautiful church. They are very helpful to the community and have a great charitable program for the poor and needy. The services are very nice with a freindly clergy staff.

Patrick was in and out ten mins . Even thou he was running late he was great at communicating what was going on. He was very knowledgeable!I definitely will call him again . Highly recommended!!!!

This entire response from Fred Smith is a lie. They are lying. I have phone records and emails to prove that they never showed up. They didn't come toward the end of the window and didn't have access... They NEVER came. They never called to even GIVE me a window the first day. I called THEM to find out the window, and both days, they never showed. I called them both days after the window closed to tell them I had to leave for work. Then, after 2 no shows Monday and Tuesday, they emailed to say the job wasn't worth their time. Exact words all our gas guys are busy taken on larger gas jobs and right now we don’t have the man power to correct your issues... Even AFTER that email, informing we they were passing on the job, somebody called me on Wednesday saying he was in the area. Obviously, that was never scheduled since they already passed on taking the job. They are completely incompetent and unable to handle the rigors of city work. Do not use. Unreliable, not timely and apparently now liars. DO NOT USE!

Spoke to them last week, both via email and phone. They said they'll come by Monday or Tuesday this week, but they'll call Monday morning to confirm a time.

Well, Monday rolls around and no call. So I call them. They say I'm next on the schedule and will be at my place shortly. I inform them I have to leave for work soon and they say absolutely will be there shortly. I call work and tell them I'll be late, hopefully in around noon. Of course, noon comes and goes and no show. I call. They don't apologize. They say they'll have someone come Tuesday before noon for sure

So, I call work and apologize, tell them I'll be in late on Tuesday as well. I bet you can guess what happens next... Noon on Tuesday rolls around, nobody shows up. I call. They transfer me to 4 different people, nobody takes responsibility. Nobody apologizes. Nobody has any answers. All push me off to someone else. Nobody helps but they promise someone will call shortly to reschedule.

Hours later, they send an email (rather than calling, like they said they would, since they were probably too afraid to speak with me after they kept screwing up) saying the job is too small and not worth their time to do... A determination they made without ever coming to my home!?

Never use them. Unprofessional. Never once apologized for wasting my time.

Bargain plumbing and NY Heating Corp are WAY better (and more affordable).

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.
