Sal installed two faucets for us (one indoor, one outdoor) and replaced a stubborn radiator valve that had welded itself to the piping under the floor, a much bigger job than expected. A good guy, skillful, punctual, and reliable.

Had the plumber come out to see the job and was here for 20 minutes to tell me he can't do it that I needed a main water company, and charged me a full hour service for doing nothing. $271 for telling me he cant do the job. Wow very disappointing wouldn't recommend after this!

Phil Smith, our technician, showed up when he said he would, handled our flooded basement with a cheerful attitude despite the dire circumstances, and finished the job in a timely manner. We were so impressed with his work that we had him check out our sprinklers as well. Knowing what to do when you discover sewage water in your basement is a comforting feeling. Great and honest plumber here. My kitchen faucet had been leaking and another plumber that I consulted told me to get a new faucet. (Mine is quite new, from Dec 2019, so I really didn’t want to have to replace it.) I then asked for a quote to simply reinstall it since our building handymen noted that the initial installation wasn’t done well. I got a quote from the first plumber that suggested a new faucet altogether and it was astronomical. Another plumber quoted by the hour without noting how long it’ll take. Third plumber, AABC, quoted the fairest amount based on Google ranges for this type of job. Irving just came and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was a simple issue and nothing needed to be reinstalled or replaced!
If you ever need a plumber, I’d highly recommend AABC Plumbing.

Kew Forest Plumbing has been my “go to” plumbers for several years now.
Today they installed a new hose line ( to a better location) and removed the existing line. The workers (Tommy and JD) were fastidious about their job. They not only ran a new line, tested to ensure it functioned properly, closed off the old line, they also cleaned and vacuumed the areas. I must add, I appreciated that they discussed the various ways to remedy the plumbing issue with me to ensure I’d be satisfied with the solution I ultimately agreed to.
I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for the job to be well done and done correctly the first time.

On November 6th, 2022, we asked for a plumber through Neo to address a leaking toilet. I believe we were dealing with Neha who was working the dispatch and a Spanish speaking person who did not speak English at all. Neha had to translate and we had many phone calls throughout the repair to understand what was going on due to the lack of an English speaking plumber making it a very cumbersome and inefficient process.

Although they fixed my leaking toilet by replacing a wax ring, they charged me over $700 for it and they damaged my bathroom floor tile in front of the toilet. The plumber was careless and dragged the toilet forward damaging my floor. When I complained about it and sent pictures of the damaged floor there was no accountability. As a matter of fact, the plumber denied that he damaged the floor and Neha was gas lighting me that it's common for this to happen to floors when replacing a wax ring for a toilet and that I was trying to cheat them by asking for a discount. To replace my floor will cost me about $2,000.

If it's so common to damage floors when replacing a wax ring for a toilet, they should at least inform me about that possibility before doing the work. I could have made an informed decision whether to take the risk and proceed. Or, I could have put down some old towels to protect my floor. There was no such communication.

I would not use this service again. They didn't think twice about damaging my floor. On top of that, Neha gas lighted me into trying to make me feel that I was in the wrong. They refused to be accountable and moved on.

Hands down the best in Brooklyn.
