Found A&E NYC Plumbing on Google was a little worried at first because i never had them work for me but the technician was very nice and polite he charged a lot less and, arrived really quick he found out what the problem was and fixed it right away excellent service. From 8pm to midnight this company fixed a leaky pipe. Wow was a lot of work. They got it done right. Had all the tools and parts available. Best thing is there price was more than reasonable. Book them!

He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. Set up an appointment, they canceled the day of (it happens, no big deal). Rescheduled for two days later, called the morning of to confirm with them and they told me my appointment was priority. No one showed up, no one called to explain why, and when I called to follow up, I was directed to a call center (and not to actual personnel).

Jason and Tommy are legit and professional They came by, took care of business, and were done in a couple of hours. This is the second time I used them, and the first time I was equally impressed with their service.

Raymond, according to my experience, is a nightmare. Please verify his credentials before signing a contract. He is not licensed or insured. He did not show up on time and a few times came to work drunk (he later apologized saying he was going through serious personal problems). I was gullible and paid him over +50% of contract. Now I'm stuck with an unfinished bathroom. A few other contractors who have seen his unfinished work have pointed out serious flaws in his work, such as uneven floor, tiles on wall with no space for grouts. Regretfully, I will have to hire someone who will have to first uninstall all floor and wall tiles before starting it from the scratch. Nobody should have to go through what my family has. I hate accusing people on the basis of made up stories but I'm describing my authentic experience. Please use your good judgement before hiring him. Good luck!
