I loved HUB plumbing. We have now used them twice (to fix our radiators and to remove our cooking gas lines). I have been very happy with their service both times; John has been really responsive to emails and he and his staff always seemed very competent and (unlike other contractors I've encountered in New York) always doing things according to code. His prices are slightly more expensive than other quotes we've gotten but absolutely worth it for the great service we've gotten and the peace of mind that we can be sure the work is done right.

I had a great experience here. Needed some clothes dry cleaned on short notice and it was no problem at all. They also went above and beyond to attempt to remove a stain and almost succeeded (honestly was not possible but appreciated the effort). Extremely friendly. Very convenient. Crooks. They told my super that the flood in the apartment below me was because I needed my flange replaced. I called other (honest) plumbers and my insurer and they said my flange only needed to be replaced in my apartment if there was visible flooding in my apartment and a stench. There was neither. Because they said I needed the flange replaced I had to get it done. They spent hours in my bathroom sitting on the flood doing nothing (I was getting billed hourly) and then went to charge me $855. And of course there is still flooding in the apartment below mine.

I used Kew Forest to repair an urgent heating pipe leak the weekend before Thanksgiving (right before my house filled with guests). They came by on the weekend and advised on the best course of action and then completed the work that Tuesday. The team was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I’ll use them again in the future.

I am a building manager and recommend Neo Plumbing to all the residents in the building. They do a quality job and are very professional. They are on time and always communicate in advance for any water shutoffs. Haven't heard any complaints about the quality of work from any owners so far.
